Main responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Monitor and analyse activity across digital communication channels, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Produce regular insight reports, sharing clear and actionable recommendations with stakeholders
- Support content publishing and scheduling, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
- Maintain high standards across all platforms through proactive housekeeping and content management
- Identify, log, and coordinate resolution of technical issues and platform bugs
- Ensure effective tagging, categorisation, and governance across digital channels
- Provide proofreading and quality assurance to ensure all communications are clear, accurate, and accessible
- Act as a key contact for colleagues, supporting teams to deliver effective digital engagement
About you
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- A passion for delivering high-quality, inclusive digital experiences that put members and audiences first
- Experience of working with digital communication channels, platforms, or content management systems
- The ability to analyse data and engagement metrics, using insight to inform decisions and improve performance
- Excellent written communication skills, with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and tone of voice
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to improving processes, platforms, and ways of working
- The ability to build positive, collaborative relationships and support colleagues across teams
- An interest in sport, community, or membership organisations (desirable)

Salary: £26,699 to £28,850 per annum

Contract type: Temporary for up to 12 months
